Lover’s Getaway Giveaway
Effective Date: April 15, 2025
Sponsored by F.Y. Creative Media, LLC

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE INCREASES THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. EACH ENTRY HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the Lover’s Getaway Giveaway (the “Promotion”) and form a binding agreement between each eligible participant (“Participant”) and F.Y. Creative Media, LLC (“Sponsor”).

1. SPONSOR

The Promotion is sponsored by F.Y. Creative Media, LLC, a media and publishing company based in Maricopa, AZ. Sponsor is solely responsible for the operation of the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on May 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 18, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase-Based Entry

Eligible Participants will receive automatic entries into the Promotion when they purchase a “Special Edition” of the book 365 Ways a Year to Cater to Her during the Entry Period:

  • 3 entries per Special Edition of 365 Ways a Year to Cater to Her purchased through Eventbrite for the Book Launch Celebration at Franchesco’s Ristorante on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 5:30–8:30 PM CDT, for the first 100 tickets sold.
  • 2 entries per Special Edition purchased through Eventbrite for the same event after the first 100 tickets are sold.
  • 2 entries per Special Edition purchased through the official website at fycreativemedia.com.

Multiple entries are permitted based on the number of qualifying purchases, subject to a maximum of 10 entries per person, regardless of method of entry.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3″ x 5″ postcard with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • The statement: “I agree to the Official Rules of the Lover’s Getaway Giveaway.”

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 5, 2025 and received no later than July 11, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS

Each entry must be complete, legible, and submitted during the Entry Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a romantic getaway package for two (2), which includes:

  • 2-night stay at a luxury destination (location TBD). Room rate and taxes are included; however, any incidental charges such as resort fees, parking, room service, spa treatments, or other optional paid services are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize.
  • Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. airport on American Airlines. Departure airport will be determined based on the winner’s location. Travel must be booked by Sponsor and is subject to airline availability and blackout dates.
  • Up to $500 luxury dining experience, paid onsite by F.Y. Creative Media. Dining location and availability are subject to destination and vendor capacity; unused portion of the $500 allotment will not be refunded or awarded as cash.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,500.00

Actual value may vary based on travel dates and location. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and incidental expenses not listed herein. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about July 19, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release, and may be subject to a background check.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at its sole discretion.
  • Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the conduct of the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. By entering, each Participant agrees that:

  • Any and all disputes shall be resolved individually by binding arbitration, without resort to any form of class action.
  • Venue for any arbitration shall be Phoenix, Arizona.
  • The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fycreativemedia.com/privacy-policy/.

13. WINNER’S LIST

The winner’s name may be posted at fycreativemedia.com or made available by request via email at co*****@*************ia.com after the Promotion concludes.
